Director of Operations
A director level position to build our operations organization and transition into production the industry’s first truly low cost infrared imaging products. Requires experience in a manufacturing environment with each of our core technologies: electro optical assemblies, electronic circuit boards, end product calibration and test, and preferably, moldable plastic assemblies. The ideal candidate will have had recent “hands-on” experience in electro optics or imaging product manufacturing. Significant prior experience in low cost New Production Introduction and a history of working effectively with engineering to transition products into volume production required. The candidate must also have a proven track record of selecting and managing vendors. Must be an effective leader with the ability to build an operations team for product launch and sustaining production. Bachelors degree and 15+ years experience.
Principal Electrical System Engineer
Monitor a small team of engineers and technicians to define product platforms that meet technical and business goals. Develop tools and technology to create new products/sustain existing products. Maintain configuration controls. Require: Analog and digital ciircuit design, DSP, ORCAD, hands-on test and debug. Prefer: Verilog/VHDL, infrared focal plane arrays, transition to off-shore manufacturing. 10+ years experience with small size, light weight, low cost and low power products. BSEE, MS a plus.
